Depends on your opinion of fair. If by fair you mean anyone can report anyone else and Yahoo has to check the validity of it .. no, if you mean fair like I can report you and you get in trouble no matter what, we've already got that.

The only things that are unfair are the idiots who are doing the reporting.Don't like the answer so reported.
