Where is the story on Peter Paul? Why no prosecution?

What about Lee Radek and the Barrett Report? Why can't we see it, we paid for it?

And now the latest, Hillary has ethics charges filed against her by an outside group and yet NOTHING is on the news?

What gives with this?

Cory - peter paul and the lee radek questions are all major felonies. hillary continues to lie at will on disclosue documents, and yet you did not answer the question, why is SHE never held accountable but yet we can spend millions on libby. This is not government by the people, it is government purely for the benefit of the "elitists" and the socialist elitists always get a free ride. Cite the last time a socialist democrat in congress went to prison?

Kevin - the peter paul crime is a crime, a felony, continuing to file false disclosure forms is a felony, hillary has a list of unprosecuted felonies as long as John Gotti's, if you cannot find them you are obviously not bothering to look.

When it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is obviously a duck and hillary is a criminal.

Now I really don't like Hillary at all. I think she's a dike and a lame lawyer but I've never heard anything about any crimes that she has committed other than White Water.

Did you even read the news article you quoted?

Quoting from the article "the Ethics in Government Act permits the Attorney General to 'bring a civil action...' "

First, it was up to Gonzales as AG to make the call.
So, the bottom line is that nothing happened because Gonzales didn't choose to pursue it.

Second, it was a complaint for an ethics violation. Not a criminal action. The statute only allows for a civil suit and civil penalties, not for criminal charges.

Do you understand the difference between a civil complaint and criminal charges?

I just wonder if a clintoon gets in office again how many Millions of taxpayer dollars will be spent on investigations into illegal and unethical activities. Previous experience with the clintons amounted to hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars spent.

Maybe she can make a deal and testify but not under oath. That way she can lie all she wants and not be in fear of being prosecuted for perjury. Wouldn't that be nice.

Why didn't George Bush get prosecuted for abandoning his reserve post? Why didn't W get prosecuted for DUI? Why didn't W get prosecuted for possession of cocaine while he was at Yale?

Please don't ask rhetorical questions here.
