I did not quite understand your question.
You are asking about Western Europe but you name Sicily and Corsica and Sardinia.That is South Europe.In geography
If you are talking about East and West Europe Block :
then the answer on your question is CYPRUS, the third biggest island in Mediterranean
Or are you asking just about islands(not countries) in Western European Union ?
