No. The mix across the country is pretty homogeneous. Maybe 125 million people would have to move. In some families, there are Democrats and Republicans. Your plan would break up maybe 100 million families. Not a good idea.

I got news for you: within each side other factions would crop up. I bet you're a Democrat, this sounds like a typical Democrat solution, let's just run away and start over again and pretend like the problem will go away. I'm not trying to attack you, but just look at how divided the Democratic party is, now imagine them running their own government, do you think it would be cohesive?

I think the U.S needs both republicans and democrats to function in society the only democrats that should be deported or sent to this second "Side" that you speak of are the ones that hate America, the ones that insult soldiers at THEIR funerals, and burn our flag. As far as i am concerned they are a cancer and parasites.

No then there would end up being 2 governments obviousely and 2 sets of law, it would be like the north and the south and would end up in another civil war.
