It is ALWAYS EASIER to BRAINWASH the LESS educated people. Because the wealthy tend to be better educated and tend to provide better education for their children it goes without saying that it is the poor who usually brainwashed easier and more often.
Hitler and Stalin knew this and people today in America know this, from conservative radio talk show hosts to people like Rupert Murdock. You give the mass public a steady flow of mindless drivel, throwing in a lot of T&A for the guys and a lot of hunks for the girls. Then you slide in your person version of the truth and half-truths knowing full well your target audience won't make the serious effort to think for themselves.

Poor. It is not they are brainwashed. They are kept in their place with so called cost of living. A big example is the cost of fuels. A CEO is considered brilliant because he upped the price of gasoline to over $ 3.00 a gallon. Then he is retired with a bonus of over 200 million.
