who just happens to be this skinny, petite, little girl. I mean this guy had to be about 4 times her size. The beating happened because she wouldn't serve him anymore alcohol. What do you think his punishment should be?

Assault & battery is a felony (he'll see jail time), losing his job.. And of course, paying whatever her lawyers get in a civil proceding 5-6 yrs from now for pain & suffering (caused my the media attention, too).

Just because he is a police officer he should NOT be treated any different from an ordinary citizen.
As far as I'm concern it should be a felony assault. And the people in that area should demand it!!

That dude should be toast!!!
But.....being a cop he will not face the full brunt of the law. He will have a fine, face a little time, have to do counseling and probation.
