It's a certificate that your vet gives you when your dog has been spayed or neutered, to prove that the operation has been performed. Sometimes needed when licensing your dog, since neutered animals generally cost less to license.

It's like any certificate. It just states that the named animal has been spayed/neutered, the date and the owner.
The certificate doesn't do anything, like save money or anything. Even though, spaying/neutering your pet does save a lot of money

the certificate is a piece of paper from your vet stateing it was done by them and when and yes it does save you money when you register your dog. As the town charges more for a dog that has not been spayed or neutered.

The spay/neuter certificate is a form signed by a licensed veterinarian which states that the dog has been altered.

Some cities and counties will give you a break on the price of licensing the dog if you can show them the certificate. (In our area altered dogs can be licensed for half the price of non-altered dogs!)

A piece of paper from the vet clinic, stating they neutered/spayed the animal in question, on this date.

The only time it saves you money is if you go to register your pet-- most counties/cities charge less if your pet is neutered.

otherwise its just "proof" of spaying/nuetering.

Its a certificate from the veterinarian that says the date they desexed your name. It should also include your pets name, breed, sex and age as well as your name address and phone number and microchip details (optional)
