The remedy to the bleak nihilistic void of existence, you must be joking, nothing can harm ‘nihilistic void of existence’. And there is no remedy for such gargantuan things, and even if there were one, I would not admit that there is; I like nihilistic voids of existence they are cool. Besides, I do not like to annihilate things that can be described in such resounding terms; they make be feel better about myself, as if they add something indescribably meaningful to my understanding of the meaningfulness of life. No on can, as no one ever should attempt of placate the emptiness out of which the life itself has successfully emerged. But if YOU are not happy, you can go elsewhere, switch to a more mundane version of life, upgrade, or in other words downgrade a little, you will be fine.

As Gertrude Stein Said ''What Is the Question. There is no way
anyone with any sensitivity ans sense knows this is a nihilistic world . people placate the emptiness with consumer spending , promiscuity, greed , etc, etc, etc, Because most do not have the inner intelligence or Moral fibre to confront pain.

Life is not empty at all of chaotic experiences. So I personally believe those philosophies are lies based on illusion. That's why I don't entertain any fleeting thoughts like those that want to perch on my mind or heart.
Most empty experiences are filled when you start looking for ways to help other people less fortunate than yourself. Not necessarily poorer but they could be facing a temporary obstacle also that you can help them too.
It's amazing how the warmth of gratitude or the feeling of love toward your fellow man comes alive inside you when you stop looking at yourself and start helping other people.

The emptiness is not a attribute of our shared reality (neither is wholeness, for that matter), but rather reflects your current inability to create a worthwhile perspective, a frame of mind robust enough to withstand mental abuse, to partake in the establishment of your reality, to play an active role in deciding what is or isn't worthwhile. Best to reach to the fundamentals, our values from where we judge the world, to find a secure footing not on what you've been taught to value, but to create from anew these values for yourself.

There is no remedy,it is a ''moment'' in anyone's life. But if you try not only to exist,i mean if you are living, you will soon discover ''moments'' of pure joy, even Sartre had his own...Happiness,creativity,being in love, are not only moments. To exist means simply to be passive,to live means to take a change.

Enjoy life! Everything we do is orientated around enjoyment, so do what is right for you. Some want all their fun right now, but others work hard, knowing that the feeling will be good when they have all that money to spend.

Taste and see that the LORD is good (Psalm 34:8):
Whoever drinks the [spiritual] water I [Jesus] shall give him shall never thirst [spiritually] (John 4:14):
[Jesus said] If anyone thirsts, come to Me and drink. He that believes in Me as the Scriptures have said, from out his innermost parts shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:37,38):[Jesus said] ... the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send to you in My Name, shall teach you all things... Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you. Not [temporarily] as the world gives do I give [peace] to you. Don't let ypur heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. (John 14:26, 27):
[Jesus says] Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come into them, and sup with them, and [later] they [will come to My home and sup] with Me. (Rev. 3:20):
... the [Holy] Spirit and the bride [the church] say, 'Come'. And let the one who hears say, 'Come'. And let the one who is thirsty come. And whosoever wants to, let them take the water of [eternal] life freely. (Rev. 22:17).
I can say from personal experience how true ALL these biblical verses are. God bless you in your search for Him.

Close your eyes and concentrate on that darkness you see; that is you!0!
Now try to pass by, or get over it, or see what's behind or after that darkness, if you can. Know thyself!
