Ted Washington (Browns) is nearly 400 pounds. He is the "really big". Yea a couple guys ran 4.3-4.4 in the college combines and prodays.

Allan Rossum is "officially" the fastest, winning it at a NFL skills competion a year ago. Statistically I think Michael Bennett runs the fastest 40 in the NFL, something like 4.15

B M would be right...if you want to know the biggest/fastest ratio look no further than those two guys.

at this years Combine Johnson was NOT going to run. That was untill he heard the wispers from the scouts who said he was overweight and out of shape after this WR weighed in at 239. Here is a guy who is about an inch shorter than Lebron James running one of the fastes times at the combine. Last Year that freak was V.Davis who ran a 4.38 as a TE. So lets get this straight. WR Johnson is the size of a TE but runs like a small CB and Davis is the size of a large linebacker who runs like a WR. Who in the world is gonna cover these guys?

If your looking for the fasted linemen, you should probably check out defensive ends. Especially someone like Julius Peppers, who I think would be the fastest. Just because you see him outrunning backs and receivers all the time on tape after he picks up a fumble or grabs an interception.

well for RB's Larry Johnson ran a very fast 40 around 4.35-4.40. that's why he was compared to Bo Jackson who ran close to the same. probably faster. another RB who was fast at the 40 was Ronnie Brown. another 4.40 40. And don't forget about DE Julius Peppers. He is 6'6" and ran a really fast 40.

I believe Deangelo Hall, who had a 4.29 40. If you're talking about really big and fast, then it's Adalius Thomas. For huge, I'd go with Ted and Pat Washington.
