At least lottery participants WANT to win. A lot of the Middle East wouldn't even want peace if it were miraculously given to them. Case in point: Iraq.

You winning the lottery. Israel and Palestinians have been enemies for so long I don't think they could even begin to know how to come to one accord on any issue.

Actually, you are much more likely to be hit by lightning than you are to catch fire in your pajamas. Yet the government doesn't require people to carry grounding wires while it does force manufacturer's to make flame retardant PJs. Ummm...
