Thats depends on wich company your currently using. If your looking at a company with rugged phones, i Recomend the Nextell company

Depends on how destructive you are.
My husband destroyed his Nokia in 5 months.
My LG camera phone is holding up pretty well, I've only dropped it several times a week, my cat chewed on the antenna, my puppy liked to carry it around until I noticed what he was doing. But the battery life sucks. But its definately not durable enough for my husband.
