ice it, elevate it, stay off it it. you dont need to go to the doctor. stretching will also help. a pain reliever like advil will help stop the inflammation and pain.

Ice it to relieve the pain for about 15 minutes then heat the area, to relax the muscle for 15 minutes as well. You want to do this 2-3 times.
Afterwards, try stretching the area very slowly.

Apply ice x 20 min several times a day for 2 days then try heat. If that doesn't work you might want to see a doctor.

ummmm, call your doctor?!!! or maybe try and take a realy hot bath and see if that helps sooth and relax your leg, either that have someone or yourself give your leg a massge! :-)
