RC Helicopter is not flying?

hi i bought a hawk 2 ch rc helicopter on ebay yesterday and its not lifting up when i put it at full power and i charged the battery all night please help me

are the blades spinning? if so check for obstruction under the blades and also the fact that they are spinning in the right direction

If it was used the motors are only good for 15-20 hours and you need to replace them
