Undergrad is normally thought of as the college you go to to get your bachelors. However, getting your associates degree counts as "undergrad" as well.

Grad degree is anything masters and up (all the various doctorates).

Undergraduate is a bachelor's degree. This is usually most people's first degree after they spend 4 years in college.

A graduate degree is one you get after your undergraduate degree. A Master's or a Doctorate is an example of this.
