My friend wants to know if its true that if you fail the permit test 15 times, you get them asked orally. he failed 14 times. we live in PA by the way.

I wouldn't want him on the road either way. If he can't pass that simple test then who knows how he drives.

ASK THE TEST PROVIDER ? A PERMIT FOR WHAT ? TRUCK DRIVING ? ETC. ? I NEVER HEARD OF AN ORAL EXAM IF YOU CANT PASS THE COMPUTER GENERATED EXAM. HELP YOUR FRIEND STUDY THE STUFF !!
