I'm not gay or anything but I make my voice very high and I act feminine and dress sexy when I'm around women....are women's laugh an indication that they like me and accept me into their girl talk?

They might let you join in their conversation, but laughing AT you is different from laughing WITH you. The women are probably wondering why you're acting so weird. What's the high voice and show of femininity all about? You say you're not gay, so what exactly are you trying to achieve with this strange manner? If it's a girlfriend you're looking for, you won't find one if you come across more feminine than them

Maybe they think you are funny. Who knows why they are laughing. Ask them. Maybe they are laughing with you!
