How about a man you have been married to for 6 years?

It's difficult to determine how to fix a problem, in a relationship, until you know 'why' the problem even exists. You could stumble around trying quick-fix after quick-fix, but those patches will likely have little effect and you’ll just end up discouraged.
When a man loses interested, you really DO need to find out why. We often try to simply fix the problem by getting new nighties or cooking his favorite meals, because we really DON’T want to find out that the root of the problem just might lie with us and not him. Or, something worse, like he’s having an affair.
My advice would be to ask him. Maybe over a glass of wine, tell him that you feel as though he’s lost interest and you want to do whatever it takes to change that. But beware!!! You MUST be prepared to hear something you won’t like. Let him know that you want to fix the problem and will not ‘freak out’ by what he tells you. If the problem is because of a change in you, he will likely be hesitant to tell you for fear of your reaction.
It may be a simple fix or it might be something far more serious. Consider these things. Have you gained weight? (Although a man will continue to love you if this happens, it certainly does not mean that he still finds you attractive.). Could he be feeling the weight of financial stress? Are you more involved in your career or children and he’s become last on your list? Did you used to slide into bed smelling of honey shampoo and vanilla lotion…and now you come to bed smelling of whatever you cooked for dinner and spit-up? Could he be having an affair? It could be anything.
Lasty, it’s important to understand that he can not help how he feels. When and if, he tells you how he feels, don’t tell him that his feelings are wrong. Just try to work on a solution.

Show him respect and tell him what you respect about him and treat him wih accountability, showing integrity and dignity and maturity. No bad mouthing, criticism or disrespectful statements.
The best thing I can suggest is to purchase a book on the market called "Love and Respect" written by Dr Emerson Eggerichs. This book is so awesome. At the end of the book he tells you what to say and how to word yourself to get the right reactions from your partner. This book is something that will definitely change everything around for the better in your lives.
Do yourself a huge favour and acquire this book!

If you want his attention just to sleep with you, the kinda look you might remember from 6 years ago should suffice.
But if you want his attention, then you simply pay attention his needs and desires. Act accordingly and he will reward you. Oh, one more thing: Support his statements and ideas! Men love it. It builds their ego. He'll be thankful!

Being the woman that he married.
Keep it fresh. Send him cards. Wear sexy clothes to bed. Give him a back rub. Let him go out with the boys once in a while. Send him flowers. All of the things that you might like. Me personally, I always prefer sexy outfits to show how beautiful my wife is to me and others and often others are attracted as well. Keep a bit of jealousy.
Destroy all sweat suits.

After 6 years you probably know what pushes his buttons. Do that. or ask him if he has any fantasies he's never fulfilled and make his dreams come true.

If he's lost interest after 6 years, there's probably not much you can do to catch him again. You could start being mysterious though, that always peaks their interest.

Good question. I tried walking around the house naked, I've tried getting him to make out with me, I've tried looking at porn to get a reaction, I've tried talking to him, I've tried just starting something with him....none of it works. Let me know if you ever figure it out!
