I know sort of a wierd question. But it seems women are more ticklish then men but I realized since its just a series of nerve responses then there should be no reason for it.

Maybe it's just part of evolution. Women's bodies also have more water content compared to men's, and the female sense of smell is also greater. Just biological differences.

I am a woman and I know that the more relaxed I am the less ticklish I am. Like many women I don't get a lot of time to relax as I'm continuously busy doing a million things at once, unlike my husband who spends a lot of time bonding with the sofa. If we are a typical example of man and woman then maybe this could explain why the girlies are more ticklish...

It might be that guys can resist reacting to tickling better than women. Because personally I hate to be tickled and try not to react to it, but most times I can't help it.
