Depends on the level of the league. My son does both. When you travel, you really get to see some high caliber teams. I've got my son hitting from both sides off the plate, has a great glove and is just a gifted athlete... but he See's kids his age playing the same way.. There are just so many good players.. Keep it up.. Play as much as you can..

my son played both.....if the travel team has good/better coaching.that is a plus and no daddy ball...trasvel ball you will be facing more excelled players in travel ball...my son is 17 now and from his experience he has met and knows alot of players from all around and actually played vs them in High school State Games last yr,,,also if you can and travel get the team to go to cooperstowndream park and play....wonderful experience....what ever you choose have fun.....

You should stick with travel the teams are better and they make you better. In the leagues you are not taught ne thing
