I had a meeting with my "BIG BOSS" today. He a older man with a younger wife (way younger), but on his desk were some exotic pictures(in a frame) of his wife. I felt weird. What you think about that?

Just dont mention them...he must like to show his girl off but at the same time it can be a test to see who says anything. The people who say things maybe put on the back burner. And the people who respectful dont say anything move forward..

I think he like to rub it in your face, knowing he is older and can get what he wants but by paying for it with money and i think that's just sad. next time don't even pay attention. And of course because they are the boss they are in control.

he is out of line and doing the mid life crisis thing. I would have just changed seats or positions until it was obvious the pictures were distracting and unwelcomed.

It is weird but it probably boosts his self esteem sounds like she is more of a trophy, just don't look at them obviously he is proud of her and needs to show her off don't take it personal.

That is very unprofessional. If you are in a large company, I would make an anonymous complaint to someone in HR.
