I had a fish, It was more than a fish it was my best friend.one day I found him foating dead in the toilet, he had obviously died of a heart attack when my little sister put him in the pot. How do I get over my darling fish ophilia's death?

place it on top of a Baby Ruth candy bar... you know what I mean? A chocolate log with peanuts, and flush it away for a burial at sea. That is the best way to honor your dearly departed fish.

I'm very sorry to hear your situation. Replacement is the best way to deal with loss. Get yourself a similar fish or a different fish that will interest you as much as you best friend did. Don't think about how he died or what happened. Just get another one to help you be excited again about the aqua hobby.

i am sorry for your loss. ignore the dumb answers that mention drink and the like.
first do your crying, then when you think you are ready get another fish, or two.
life goes on, and don't get angry at your little sister, she did what she thought was best.

Next time you get a fish, don't name "him" after a tragic princess. The best way to get over it is to flush and get another one.
