It's so that all the 'goody two shoes' can feel that justice has been served when these pieces of crap are found guilty and are given three weeks in jail with free beer.
I agree with you! Though the bullets I would use on this filth would be their own. I reckon there would be no shortage of volunteers to do it either.

Innocent until proven guilty is everyones constitutional right. Mess around with that and youre in a dictatorship.
