Are there any sites wherein you can lookup someone's voting behavior to see for instance who they voted for in past presidential elections?

Correction: I meant site(s) wherein you could see whether they had voted in past elections, not who they had voted for.

No, you can't see how someone has voted. But, in most places, you can find out IF they voted, since such information is typically a matter of public record.

No. Voting is private. In Court, you can't even ask a person who they voted for. That information is privileged under the Rules of Evidence.

Only if they are one of our elected officials voting on legislation. Not on presidential elections, no.
