well, if you promise not to tell my husband. i got some mashed potatoes from my work place, three servings from the cafeteria (they're real potatoes) and some frozen broccoli and cheese sauce from the grocery store, already had this stashed in the freezer. i plan on heating the potatoes and adding some garlic and fresh parsley to them. I'll steam the broccoli for about two minutes, (it's already cooked). i am then going to put two steaks on the george forman grill. i will put everything in nice bowls, set the table and serve with (packaged) Bearnaise sauce for the steak and a small (packaged, but placed in a bowl) side salad and pop open a bottle of wine. than, perhaps a movie from netflexs. tonight is our date night. he will never know how easy this was, never know where or how i got anything. hey, i work full time. give me a break?????i have so many ways to make thing simple, i sometime amaze myself...lololololololol...loving life.

Left over pot roast w/ gravy ( oh, so tender !), carrots, potatoes ( all cooked with the roast), and fresh green beans. Come on over... it's a big roast and we love company.
