You cannot use PayPal to make payments without a credit card, bank account or valid email address.
PayPal is the most widely accepted online method of payment used today. It's extremely secure when implemented properly, it's fast and easy to set up.
Expect a few hiccups until your account is verified but once that's out of the way, you're all set.

You have to have a bank account. Then you sign up for it. It is a very secured safe way of transfering money . It is not a scam. I hope this answered you question. Have a good day

If you have no accounts, you should not be using paypal. Consult the seller to see if a money order is acceptable. You will have to wait for it to be cashed prior to shipping. Only do it with a trusted seller with good feedback.
