No. Because boh of them are non-playing nations and also they are out of this world cup so it does not matter that who is winning or losing

Not really..Scotland got in as the 5th Ranked side to from the ICC trophy (second grade world cup) while Netherlands finished second.

YES IT IS AN UPSET FOR SCOTLAND BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY BEATEN NETHERLANDS TWICE IN PREVIOUS ODI MATCHES. IT IS THE FIRST TIME WHEN THESE TEAMS PLAY FACE TO FACE IN THE WORLD CUP.SINCE SCOTLAND HAD THE LEAD OF 2-0 WITH NETHERLANDS, BY LOSING THIS MATCH IT IS A GREAT UPSET FOR SCOTLAND!!!!!!

yes netherlands beat scotland, and that too quite comfortably,
but since both are considered minnows, it is not an upset
