You know when somone repliys bye saying something absolutaly stupid? It really buggs me. When I am doing somthing and I check my mail to see if somone has replied and they have said somthing dumb it gets on my last nerve!

SOME do as they see a question with a bit of silliness in it and so respond with a silly answer.
I personally try answering so as to help the asker.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I put a question on here a few days ago about what tour to do in east africa and someone put - why do you want to see mud huts for? I mean just bugger off and don't give stupid uninformed answers. Then when I put the question about "don't you hate it when people give you stupid answers", she answered yes! Clueless! It is usually (not always though) the first few answers that some **** gives a smart arsed answer.

It really depends on the question. Like that phrase "Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer?" You have to admit though, there are some people on here who do have quite the sense of humour, and if they're witty enough their answer can prove to be quite entertaining! Sometimes it's refreshing to see a "lighter" side of things...

yes its annoying, if they cant say anything nice dont say anything at all.its all about points for some
some dont take it serious,same with thumbs down,how can you give a thumbs down to a good answer, or someones own experience which is neither right or wrong its something they have been through
some people are pathetic on here
granted if someone is asking a stupid question then by all means, or fun questions,
but not to serious questions
mind some are funny here and i like a good laugh

I know what you mean especially when you are asking for information you really need or they form opinions about you.
I wanted to find out about a product called Reliv. Someone replied 'just be yourself'. I got so frustrated I just deleted the question.
Just remember we are dealing with people of different age groups and mentalities.

You know you've opened yourself up for a load of stupid answers. There are some questions that are so asinine they deserve a stupid answer. However, I'm sure some people put just anything to be what they pathetically think is funny or just for the two points.

Answers is increasingly becoming a stage for the immature and/or none too bright to get attention. Why else would one make a useless comment on a site designed to help people?

i would say that all depends if it's a serious question then yeah it's annoying to get goofy answers however sometimes it's up lifting to see people with a sense of humor

well most of them have been working hard at school all day and their poor little brains cant cope with the pressure i guess, aw let them bleat, least theyre leaving someone else alone yeh..
