how can i get rid of the fleas ther underground they come up from under the carpet and keep biting us in our old house wat can i get to get rid of them???

You should call and exterminator. If the fleas are hidden under the carpet or in the furnature the bug bombs will not work. They are really for open areas. My cat brought home fleas two years ago and we bombed the house and could never just get rid of them. We moved and they cam with up. Apparently they were living in the couch. We pulled back the black felt on the bottom of the couch to rescue a remote and my arm got covered by the buggers. I put a can of bug bomb in the couch and that completly took care of the problem. My point if they are living under the carpet either you have to pull up the carpeting and spray the padding and back of the carpet to distroy they eggs or you have to hire a pro who can take care of it all

If you have fleas this bad maybe you should hire an exterminator. They will guarantee their work and are very thorough. You will have to leave the house for a few hours. If you have pets now, you will have to de-flea them at the same time. Can buy good flea dips at your vet. Or can take your pet to a groomer and have them do it. True, you can buy flea bombs and do it yourself. You would need one for each room in the house. Would still need to leave the house and do your pet. What you will be doing is not only killing the fleas but also need to kill the flea eggs. You may need to repeat the application. I have had to deal with this problem before and it is no fun.

Get several cans of foggers and set them off in the house with windows and doors closed and by all means, leave the house. You will have to be out of the house several hours and upon return, open windows and turn on any vents you many have. You may also want to vacuum when you return. Do all rooms. I made the mistake of not doing one room as we never used it and the door was always closed. Do ALL the rooms. You can buy these at most any hardware store or dept . store

Fleas are a major pest. There are various species of fleas - cat fleas, dog fleas, rat fleas and rabbit fleas.
You can get rid of them by the safest and cheapest methods like boric acid.

bombs will work , or pump up sprayer on mist & your store bought bug stuff- hit'em 3 to 4 times in seven / 10 day increments to insure you get the new born crop from the last set of bites
treat the dogs in the same intervals with bath & the growth regulator stuff from walmart - $9.00 adams 30 day flea treatment

Bug bomb it. Have to move out for couple of days, but it should work.
