Do I still have a shot at getting into pharmacy school even though my interview sucked?

I have a good GPA, a B.S. in biology and a major in chemistry, and did good in the other activities for the day. Except I didn't do so well in the interview.....

Do I still have a shot?

I know I can just wait and find out but I am so nervous about it right now!!

the school says the interview is worth 40-60% when they pick if you get in.

I think I did bad because my ideas didn't seem well thought out. And I felt like I was babbling and immature-sounding.

Pharmacy has gotten a lot more competitive now. No one is really a shoo in anymore.

However, if all that's holding you back from not being so scared is a bad interview, that doesn't sound too bad.

Why do you think you had a bad interview? Did something really bad happen, or is it just a "feeling"? You gotta remember that interviews are highly subjective so while you may have felt you did bad, maybe you weren't so bad to the people interviewing you. Pharmacists aren't exactly known for being the best speakers and charmers. They don't have to be like MBA students.

It depends on how much emphasis the school places on the interview. There are so many people who are applying to pharmacy school with biology degrees. I can't say what will happen except to wait.

Your interview sucked is really your opinion unless your interviewers already have told you that you sucked. I've had job interviews where I thought that I did absolutely horribly and ended up getting it and vice versa. Just take it easy until you get the results. I wouldn't rule anything out until the fat lady sings.

I graduated from Pharmacy School and as far as I know, if you don't have a criminal record and you have decent grades, you'll be accepted.
