Swimming and climbing are best for overall body conditioning. They are also a great deal of fun, which is important to sticking with them. I personally like to mixt things up and try other things just to keep life interesting and emphasise other muscle groups. Climbing can be very social as well.

Bowling! Just watch the PBA om ESPN and you can see how toned all of those athletes are!
