we need more details, what do you need advice on exactly? how to use a tampon or how to wear a pad? is this your first time?

Get some pads not tampons i tried and they hurt me so bad and I read the directions and if you get really bad cramps the doc can prescribe some meds.

first time?? for me advil, midol, and motrin help (not all at the same time of course) use thin pads they wont bother you and honey welcome to womanhood if its the first time write the date down and count 28 days from that day thats the day you will get your next one. if its like that it means you are regular if not i feel really sorry for you. anyways congratulations

if this is your first time then well i feel sorry for you just if you go anywhere today talk stuff with you thats all i can tell you and eat chocolate that might help if your in pain

ok well first is it the first time? if it is tell your mum so she can get you some suplies.
dont worry your lucky to have got it at home my friend got hers at sports day when we wernt at the school!
