I see that a lot of people have read it and I’m glad because I have all three books and they're great, I just purchase the movie and it was amazing. And for all the narrow minded people that had something negative to say maybe if you clear your mind for once in your life you would understand. But then again some people see black while other see the rainbow I guess they didn't get the message Neale Donald Walsch was giving. To me I can sum up the book in 3 words Compelling, Enlightening and Dynamic. I have my own views on this subject but it’s always interesting to hear the perspective of people who has read the book. I agree with what he mentioned like....when he said there really is no hell except that hell is the worst outcome of our choices, decisions, and creations.
Do you believe in hell? If so, what is your hell like?
This really stuck in my head because sometimes when I make a decision and see how it comes together I realize that I was the creator of that decision and therefore the creator of the outcome as well but, I never view it as something bad only something that had to happen so that I could get to where I need to be and I become more aware of how everything comes into play.
This book is so much of how I think it’s unbelievable. I read it before I go to bed. It’s hard to find people to communicate with, sometimes they don't understand me. Sometimes people think I’m too deep and can't handle the way I think. I feel sad sometimes that people really don't understand that it really IS about love and this is why we came into creation. Also tell me, what stuck out in your head about the book? Not yet- I just got glasses and it is on my "to read list".
I believe in hell, in a way. I believe in a loving, forgiving God and the only hell I have experienced has been in life after making a series of really bad decisions. I have heard that "Religion is for people who are afraid of going to hell and spirituality is for people who have been there". I am very spiritual and open-minded as a result of my struggles.

My friend was telling me about Conversations with God and said that the part that stuck out for her was the part about falling in love with yourself. That inspired me because I beat myself up about my mistakes, but the more I love myself, the more I accept my mistakes while attempting to NOT repeat them.

I am so glad you asked this question and elaborated about people thinking you are "too deep" and have trouble understanding you- you are not alone! I have been accused of being too deep, too blunt, too weird, and I now take that as a compliment. I have no intentions of being more shallow in order to fit in, and I hope you stay deep as well.

I LOVED the movie What the Bleep Do We Know? and found your question by doing a search on Yahoo answers. I hope you enjoy your soul-searching and would love to chat on Yahoo Messenger sometime- my email and screen name is angelicmusick
