Got deep cut from glass?

GOING ON THE THIRD WEEK, AROUND WOUND THERE IS PUSS BALLS/ PIMPLE LIKE SACS IS IT INFECTED??? I KEEP IT CLEANED!

Yes, it does sound infected. You need to see doc and get it properly cleaned out and dressed. You will also probably need a course of antibiotics and a tetanus injection if you are not up to date with that.

It is most likely infected, and the strain probably Staphylococcus aureus (staph infection), the puss nodules may be infected hair follicles that became inadvertently infected.
