Depends on who told you to move out, why they told you to move out, and whether they really meant it or not.

well...if its your parents house and you are an ADULT, you should make a life of your own and MOVE out but if it's you husband and you all had a fight or something then you should try to resolve the problem and don't go anywhere. if the fight was big, then u should go somewhere for the night and give him some time to cool down and then go back home the next day and things may not ne as bad....
then again, if you're a teenager and your parents are fed up of you, just try to be a better person in the house...like help out sometimes and be a good child.....

If you aren't on the lease or own the place, get the F' out! Why would you want to live somewhere you aren't wanted, regaless of the reason?

You can always find out "Why?" and then if there's an issue, see if it can be resolved. Otherwise, you may have to look for another place.
