We've heard this boring answer for years but it's true. Eat less and exercise more. Take up a vigorous sport like bicycle racing. See a sports medicine doctor if you can afford it. Half of your problem is probably from the stuff you eat. The doc can set you straight on good nutrition.

hel yeah dude.....go see the movie 300......most of the dudes in that movie.....including the lead role......are in their late 30's and they are in fantastic shape.

im 24....i take care of myself and workout 5 days a week.....i know i am in shape.....and i still left the theater thinking i could look better
