In August my boyfriend is leaving for college about an hour and a half away from his family, friends and me. Hes very family oriented and it will be hard for him to be so far away. I decided it would make it a little easier if I sent him a care package full of things from his friends and family. His two roommates are good friends of his, and mine, so I want to send them all things. Except I'm not really sure what to send. I want it to be a surprise but I'm not sure what they would like. I havent been to college so I dont really know what college students need. Please help!

Bath towels, Ramen noodles, homemade cookies, "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss, and a deck of cards.

Make a cd of your favorite songs some that will remind him of funny memmories the two of you had......send him a special towel to take to the shower, an umbrella, and a framed picture of his family doing something silly....all blowing kisses or all waving at him and then one of his friends and maybe one of you and him as well. That way he will be able to see you all whenever he wants to. You could also take a bunch of pictures and put them on a disk to music if you know how to do this.......I did this for my brother when he went overseas and he loved it. Just little things to let him know you will miss him. You also need to give him something that smells like you like maybe a pillow case with a squirt of your perfume on it so he can smell you all night long........it will be great! Good luck
