What would war be worth if it was fought without hate, revenge or fithy lucre? Could someone come up with a good reason to fight a war without all of the above, how about for "humanity", does that make you want to take arms?

The entire notion of war leaves out reason and rational thought .
To believe that by declaring a war it is some how a noble cause is just insane .
Wars are the result of in-action in the face of problems . \

Like George Bush , who has brought this nation to a point that goes beyond oral sex in the oval office with an intern .

One is just bad judgment and gratification of ones sexual desires ,while the other causes harm to the entire nation .The result of our involvement in the middle east beyond simple buying and selling of oil at a given price that is determined by the arab nations is going to lead to a nuclear device being set off in our nation at some future date .

With Islamic people it is hard to tell when this might occur but trust me it will .
We have George Bush and ourselves to blame for this in the future for not acting today to repair the problem .

Umless we get rid of Bush and openly declare that we will no longer involve ourselves in the affairs of the midldle east the future seems set in stone .

These people will never stop .

So unless we are willing to wipe them from the face of the earth and mean it peace will not be possible .

You have to go to the point of WE will leave you be completely to your own ways except one . That is harming an american .
First offense is two major cities gone ,the second is all of them .
So this is the truce you leave us alone and we will do the same . And get the hell out of their way for all time .

If this a fight for humanity, let's get a declaration of war from Congress that would unite us in an all out war. Let's not pretend that this is a fight for humanity and leave our borders open, give port concessions to the enemy and continue to be reliant on an energy source that is controlled by the enemy.
Apparently this is a fight for humanity, as long as it doesn't interfere with globalization at all costs.

That would be if humanity was a united front fighting for survival.

So, go call the aliens and ask them to attack us.
