The best theme park in CT is Lake Compounce, the longest continuously operating park in the US. It's also home to one of the absolute best wooden coasters in the world, Boulder Dash.
Lake Quasy is another park in CT, but it's much smaller.
Up a little to the north, if you want to venture into Agawam, Mass. (halfway between Hartford CT and Springfield MA), is SF New England, home to one of the best Steel coasters in the world, Superman, the ride!

That's a hard one...There's not too many theme parks that are in Ct, but near it i would say Six Flags and Lake Compounds!!
