Take some pepto and stay dehydrated.
It will clean itself out ! If you have more stomach problems go see a Doc .

If they were frozen, I don't think it is food poisoning. Probably just some bacteria that your body doesn't like. DON'T stop the diarrhea for a day or two. Let your body handle the rejection of whatever it is. However, stay hydrated; drink plenty of clear fluids. In 24 hours try some soft food, like toast or mashed potatoes. In 48 hrs progress to solids. If this last longer than 48 hrs.or becomes worse, I would suggest consulting a doctor. NO pepto........ just clear fluids. Ginger Ale is good. Take Care.

Throw away the remaining hot dogs. If your diarrhea persists go to the drug store and pick up some over the counter medicine to control diarrhea such as Imodium A-D.

Stay near a bathroom.
If the need occurs. RUN
while youre there its usufull to have a book or magazine to read, or a portable game system.
It should go away by morning

geezzz why you ate those? nyways just keep dehydrated, gatorade, banana or apple and loperamide. avoid oily food. just eat a lot for the replacement.get well soon.

A banana or some cheese will help bind you.
Or, eat some yogurt with active cultures.
