He had to move out of Metropolis on business, so him and Lois broke up. He's working with the guys we know better as Flash, Cyborg & Aquaman...they're travelling around gathering intel. & destroying Lex's meteor freak labs.
He did show up a few episodes ago when they got together as a loose version of The Justice League to destroy 1 of the labs in Metropolis.

He left because of business, besides Justin Hartley who plays him is not in a fall pilot for Oliver Queen, it's a show that is untitled right now, about a girl who is a little bit like Sabrina.Thanks for asking!

No, he's making a pilot for a new TV Series ... also heard that the CW fired him ..that's why he's not in the Oliver Queen Chronicles and the're in animation and not in person like the other Chronicles.

No, rumors say he will be back for the finale, but as of now he is referenced, but not on screen, in Combat CK talked w/ him on the phone, and Lex looked at a computer file of all the 33.1 sites that the 'Justice' team broke up

No, unfortunately, he left with all the other members of the Justice League, in order to put a stop to Lex doing his experiments on people with powers around the world . I miss him and the other guys; I hope they come back another episode.

Oliver isn't on any more. There rumors regarding a spin-off, but so far they are just that, rumors.

all i know is they need a justice league spinoff,,, and toughen it up, since clark likes to live his life in the closet,,, bring out some real super heroes,,,
