Hi.I'm Iranian and I'm 18.two Americans e-mailed me.one of them was an American soldier who had sent me his frightening photos from Iraq with a big machine gun in his hand and was threatening me that he was going to come to Iran to kill us and the second American was a girl saying he was going to do something terrible just because I'd asked a question about music on YA and they'd undersood that I was Iranian?I don't even wanna think about what that girl said.Now you judge.Isn't threatening the others and creating terror and fright a kind of terrorism? I loved Americans, but considering these two e-mails I'm starting to think that they're not the lovely people I always imagined. If I'm not correct what else do you expect me to think of Americans?

I am living in the US. I respect the Americans, and a lot of them are nice people but the government makes a lot of pointless hostilities outside.
Unfortunately, this is one of the consequences of the current US stupid administration.
I just hope that the get rid of bush soon.

These two people are ignorant and should be ignored. We Americans do not like your president any more than Iranians like Mr. Bush. I have nothing against Iranians and I am as American as you can get. I was in the military, I pay my taxes (even though most of my money goes out of the country) and I obey the law. I do not want a war with Iran; however, if your nutty president doesn't stop making threats to us and Israel and sending arms to Iraq we will have to shut him up the hard way. We would love to see the democratic people who live in Iran take over the country and show us that Iran wants peace not war.

First off, I don't believe you. Slow day on Yahoo Answers? Never a better time to stir the pot than now, eh?
In the rare off chance that you did receive these e-mails, my apologies, and understand that they don't actually have an entrance exam to get on Yahoo Answers. Many of the people on here a kids who have nothing better to do than to send crap to others because their parents grounded them because they caught them smoking.
Most Americans that I know of don't give a crap that you're Iranian, and the few educated ones realize that there is a large Iranian population in the U.S. that is quite active and loyal to their country.
If you're actually going to let two idiots on Yahoo dictate how you perceive a country of 300,000,000, then I can't help you (assuming that they even are American). Shake it off, realize that there are no worries, and go with the flow. You seem like a decent enough dude.

First I suggest you go into your Y!A profile and turn off the option to e-mail you.
Second...just ignore those letters. There are two butt-heads who 'talk a big game' but are most probably full of crap. Don't believe them. They most likely did that because they are liberals trying to make the country look like Bush is involved. The guy who sent you the photo's was probably not even in the military and got the pictures from the Internet...which is very easy to do. These sound exactly like Liberal ploys to make America look like 'war mongers.'
As I said...turn off your e-mail preference and don't allow email. Just get their answers from the ones posted on the question site. This will stop the issue.

I'm sorry that you had to be e-mailed by the crazy folk. Of course, there are crazy people in all societies, it's one of the facts of life.
I'm also very sad that people do this to others. I can't even express it in words.
