YES THEY ARE!! There's a house I pass on my way to work that still has up a huuuuge nativity scene with a life-sized Mary, Joseph, toddler-sized Jesus, and 3 wise men. There are plennnty of electric icicles hanging around the entire roof and all kinds of Xmas related "decorations" all over the yard. To top it off, there are red and pink heart necklaces hanging around Mary's and Joseph's necks in honor of last month's Valentine's Day. There are also about 7 hand-sized four-leaf clovers attached to wooden posts pounded into the grass. It's a sight to see...quite garish, in fact. It stands out so much because that street is the only place that doesn't have a Home-owner's Association.

Yea. Lazy. Straight up, that's it........LAZY. Also in violation of the NEC, (national electrical code) which allows temporary, ornamental, "festoon lighting" for 60 days.

Either that or they're crack dealers.
Seriously...that's the "code" in Pittsburgh. Those places get raided all the time.
