You will remain liable to the cell phone carrier for the contract. Keep the phone and the contract until it ends. At 6, your daughter doesn't need her own phone to get use to using a phone. Did you need one?

Sorry, Tasha, I always give my old phones to a women's center. Even if you do get a free phone, will you be able to pay for the service? Think it through.

Yes, I am. And, I'm also giving away a lawnmower and a sofa. Next week I'm going to give my car away, too. Would you like any of those, and where do you want me to send them??

Uhm they have pre-paid phones for people like you. If you can't get one yourself then you more than likely cannot pay the bill, so then you probably don't need one.

Stop begging Tasha and go get a job and buy your own telephone. They're not that expensive now. God you make black women look bad! Think Career, Career, Career! Damn!
