His gums are white where the teeth are and he screams his head off most of the time if he dont have something cold in his mouth or dont get the tylenol ontime. What are some things to look for? Everyone is telling me the more he screams the closer he is getting to cutting a tooth. HELP PLEASE

Sounds like you're almost through the worst of it! He will gnaw on EVERYTHING.... could run a fever.... However, my daughter got to feeling better right before the teeth popped through... You never know how different babies will act.
My best advice to give is to try Teething Tablets. They are sold at Wal-mart and manufactured by a company called Hyland. They are all herbal and natural, so you can give them with Tylenol. They are sold in a little blue and white bottle and the pills are tiny little white pills. You simply put them under baby's tongue and they will dissolve in seconds. No worry to them choking on them! They always relieved my baby's pain.
Hopefully this helps, and if not, good luck.

They'l drool A LOT! They will scream more when a tooth is starting to come through. Cutting a tooth hurts! When my baby got her first tooth she was unusually calm the night before it finally broke through. I didnt even know she had it at first. She liked to chew on the edge of cups and I found out she had the tooth because I heard it clicking on the plastic.

My daughter is going through the teething period and its driving me mad. she is worse than my two sons were. Every time she cuts a tooth she has a cold. her face gets so red like a beetroot and her chin and gets very hot. doesn't sleep at night and gets very clingy. then she cuts a tooth. All children differ. my middle child was no problem. also they cut at different ages. My first son got his first tooth at 14 months, my second son got his first tooth at 6 months and my daughter at 9 months.

You can't hurry the process any so i'm not sure why you're asking. Most of my son's teeth cut while he was sleeping, as I think is in most cases. Help him by massaging his gums with ambasol baby, and give him lots of clean toys to chew on.

bring her to the dentist and ask the dentist for advice. because the dentist is the only one that can give you good advice. afterall, we don't have x-rays of your 6 y/o's teeth. if it's just part of growing up and it continues to be crooked, then she may need some braces when shes around 13-15 y/o.

Lots of drool, slober. If you can see the white spots & maybe feel a little bump where the white spots are I say tops 2 to 3 days.

A WHOLE LOT OF BABY DROOOOOLLLLLL!!!! also the gums will be very white (where the tooth will pop out of)..they will be chewing on everything they can get their hands on.....mild fever....but shouldn't be anything to worry about.

it's gonna happen soon. it's ok, you will get some sleep sometime... (but maybe not in this decade).
Give him stuff to chew on. like those plastic things. That ought to speed up the process.
Calm down. this too shall pass.

You can usually feel the teeth before you can see them, so if you can, rub his gums. That should make him feel better too. I feel your pain==my five month old has been teething for 2 months!!

My son had we refer to as "THE POOP EXPLOSION!" Every time he had a tooth pop through, he would get diarrhea all up his back and that's how we knew they would pop through that day =) We took pics before changing & washing him up to remember the special day...LOL! I also got a close-up pic of his teeth when they popped through. Every baby memory is a memorable one =)
