In priniciple a smooth, perfectly-conducting metallic mirror would reflect all wavelengths equally well. In practice a good mirror will reflect all visible wavelngths of light (i.e. the range 450 - 650 nm, more or less), plus a great deal outside it. Long wavelengths reflect more efficiently, up to wavelengths that are much smaller than the mirror size itself. Thus, a 1-meter metal mirror will reflect microwaves up to several centimeters in length as well.
