Re-arrange your decorations - this will confuse the bully a bit and he will have to re-establish his territory. The new fish will have a better chance to settle in and when they are a little bit more settled will be more able to stand up to him.
Very good point above - are you sure they're all male ? (If they arn't you'll find out very soon :))

You might have a boy chasing a girl here instead of bullying. Make sure of that before you go any further. Belive it or not, guppies can actually be rather aggressive little fish. The good thing is they are too small to do much to other fish. You can either seperate them or actually add more fish. If you add 2-3 more the bullying will be so split up no one fish gets hurt.

i just found out that my bullying female is really an ugly male trying to get with the women he looks so much like! it looked like a whole lotta fighting, and now i have 30 little guppy fry in the tank (and i'm sooo thankful my LFS will buy them from me when they're big!) so i second the thought that they might be different sexes.
i made sure to put them in a tank with a ton of plants, tunnels, natural hiding places and areas to explore that for the most part they don't get bored enough to harass each other constantly. see if you can get the new one out and have your fish store sex it and maybe swap it for one of the same sex as your old guppy.
or, it could just be that your old guppy is kinda agro. one of my guppies rams his head into my golden mystery snail whenever he sees it on the side of the tank...its pretty funny, but that guppy is just naturally one heck of a jerk.
good luck to your peacekeeping!

Separate tanks ... or get an divider for the tank. That is really the only way to have it stop. A bully fish will always be a bully fish .. its not like you can scold the fish.
They have dividers at any pet store. The pet store can tell you is the best for you fish tank. And they don't really cost all that much ... Its a whole lot cheaper than buying a new tank, and all the things you need to go along with it.

guppies are normally non-agressive. Are you sure that the new guppies are also boys? It may be a colorful female he is trying to mate with. They will rarely attack another one, male or female. I have raised guppies for years and the only problem you have is females eating their young shortly after birth.

Put them in different tanks. That should keep them away from each other!
