I have encountered a situation where myself and a lady that works at my job, have been exchanging glances with one another and she has, let me know that she is interested, but she is married, and I dont want that kind of complication in my life, however I would like to become a close friend to her, because she is really sheltered and she is 200% committed to here family, and she has no outside interest and it is consuming her whole life, where she can not grow and there is things that she need to learn, and I would like to teach her or at least help her find her way, but I dont know how to approach the situation, with out taking her out of her comfort zone, or scarring her off, this is the last thing I want to do, because she is a very nice person who deserves a chance to get to know, and spread her wings, she is drowning in other peoples problems, and their needs so if you have an answer I would like to hear it or some form of advice. Thank you

STAY AWAY FROM MARRIED WOMEN!!!

You say you don't want the complication but you want to be her close friend...that doesn't jive. You know that if she is giving you 'the look' pursuing it will probably end up with some sort of physical contact...meaning she will end up cheating on her husband with you.

Are you tempted but are trying to find a way to justify being around her so you think if you guys are friends and you don't make the first move then if something happens down the road, you are not culpable? You may have found a loophole but I don't think you should use it.... find a single woman.

Honestly, I've been throught before with a guy I'd previously worked with, and trust me, while your intentions are good, it will become a mess, something you don't want to get into. Since you guys work together, if you end up hating each other, it will make things worse for you there too. Let her think of ideas on her own, and/or someone else will eventually come around to help her, you know what I mean? You can give advice and all of that, but I wouldn't step into something like that. =) Best Wishes!

If she is 200% commited to her family why is she giving you glances. You say her life is incomplete but what does she say. She might be quite happy with her life.
You are just trying to reason your own action by seducing a married woman. You know that if she gets involved with you her married life will be ruined and you will justify your actions by saying you needed to show her a proper life.
You have no fellings for her just lust. Leave her alone.

Stay away , your statements are contradictory. She's interested in you but 200% committed to her family...hmmmm
Its not your job to fix her problems, but you sure could create some additional ones...come on you only want to be her friend so you are there if her marriage fails so you can be more later, get over yourself and leave this woman alone.

She is probably just being nice to you and you are taking her glances the wrong way. If she is 200% into her family what makes you think you have a shot?

It sounds like you're trying to convince yourself to go for it. Let me make it easy for you... STAY AWAY!! No matter how pretty you try to make it sound, you have no reason to be involved with this woman in any way other than a work relationship.

avoid married women at all costs. first of all its just wrong to destroy a marriage for a piece of tail. second. her husband will totally kill you if he finds out.a bullet is not something you need in your brain at this time.. the complications arent worth the reward.. after. all plumbing is the same ..single o married. find one who has plumbing that is available and single

SOUNDS LIKE SHE'S THE KIND OF PERSON TO ALLOW HERSELF TO BE "DROWNING IN OTHER PEOPLES' PROBLEMS."

JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T BECOME ONE OF THE "PROBLEMS". STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!!!!?

it's not complicated: she's married, and you are engaging in a foolish obsession.
