In Erie ther is Waldameer Park and Water World, Family First Sports Park, and Presque Isle State Park. At presque Isle there are lots of things to do like kayaking, swimming, grilling, boating, fishing....
Out side of Erie, there is Peak and Peak, Conneaut Lake Park, Pymatuning State Park, Oil Creek State Park and Drake Well museum, and Niagra Falls.
I am sure there is much more and I will come post them If I think of more.
You can also call 1-800-vistpa. They have access to all kinds of information about places in this aera.
But, to answer your question, it is my opinion that Waldameer is the best place for a company picnic. They offer, group discount, and there is a pavillion area for a picnic.

I agree with darwin waldameer is the best place to go also not to far to the beach-use to have company picnics there all the time.
