Sometimes it is good to do a craft. Get some colorful yarn and large wooden or plastic beads and have each girl make a bracelet to take home.
Decorate birthday cupcakes.
Finger paint. (you will need a bunch of large T-shirts to protect clothing on the kids)
Treasure hunt, where everyone is on the same team and when you get to the end have a small prize for each girl.

take out multicolored pieces of string and tie them around in the house or outside. all of them should lead to a different item.
musical chairs
pin the tail on the donkey
get a lot of balloons, and try to pop them by bouncing or sitting on them.
put on music and do a dance off.
get guests to bring extra dresses or whatever and pretend to be models.

scavengers hunts
crafty stuff (depending on interest)
could include making bracelets, some kind of painting, decorating t-shirts
relay races are GREAT
some good ones:
put costumes and ur old clothes at one end of space and girls run dress undress run back
ballon or ball between legs, etc.
