Well, boys don't have the necessary equipment for pregnancy. The differences between a man and woman are too great to name. A girl with boy parts is a transgender person and probably would live life as a female.

First of all sweetie its "gender" and the difference between a man and a woman is a man has more testostorone (sp?) and a girl has more estrogen.

Second of all being transgendered is a mix of both genders into one, thats why its called 'trans' gendered.

Third of all, I highly doubt a boy can fit a baby through his penis. Enough said.

basically what some of the other people said.
but, if you really want to know, this hospital is doing an experiment with male pregnancy and when the baby is about to be born he would have a C-section. it's on this website http://www.malepregnancy.com/science/
